Eduardo "TITI" Darritchon Lead Sled Guide
Eduardo Darritchon is a Chilean skier, passionate about backcountry skiing and an engineer by profession. Skiing has been his passion since childhood. After graduating from university, he dedicated himself to creating his own backcountry snowmobile touring company in Chile, where he works as a pilot and guide.He has traveled the world pursuing his skiing passion since he was 14 years old, visiting places like Stevens Pass, Washington (2012); Jackson Hole, Wyoming (2013); La Grave, France (2017); Niseko, Japan (2018); Aspen Snowmass, Colorado (2020); Aspen Snowmass, Colorado (2023); and La Grave, France (2024).He has completed various courses and certifications, including an advanced avalanche rescue course with AVSAR PRO in 2022, WAFA first aid course in 2023, and snowmobile clinic in 2023, among others. He has also obtained certifications like PMBIA Level 1 and AIARE Level 1 Avalanche Training.This winter, he plans to take another advanced course with Manuel Genswein.
BENJAMIN "BENJA" JARA Resort& Sidecountry Guide
Benjamin Jara, a 26-year-old born in Concepción, is deeply connected to the nature of Valle las Trancas since childhood. This is where he learned to ski and later snowboard, now boasting 19 seasons of experience with a specialization in backcountry and side country. Benjamin has competed nationally in freeride, securing good results and landing on the podium.
With a level 2 snowboarding instructor certification from Enisshag and a level 1 AASI certification, Benjamin, a local to Nevados de Chillan, is recognized as one of the best young snowboarders in the area. Having taught snowboarding for several years, he possesses an intricate knowledge of the resort.
FELIPE "PIPE" SEPULVEDA Resort & Backcountry Guide
Pipe stands out as one of the most knowledgeable skiers at Nevados de Chillan. He is the lead guide and cofounder of Back Chillan, the first back country guiding operation even before the mountain gained widespread recognition. Pipe, along with all the guides at Back Chillan, has extensive experience exploring the terrain. They will be at the forefront of leading out-of-bounds expeditions to the Back valley of Aguas Calientes, Cerro Pirigallo, and Volcan Viejo.
With over 10 years of experience in Freeski Backcountry, Pipe is a versatile individual. He also holds the title of a PMBI Professional MTB Instructor, excels in Big Mountain biking, is a Tiny House builder, and has expertise in climbing and percussions. Pipe is a Certified Level 1 Ski Instructor from ENISSCHAG (Chile's National Ski School) and holds an AIARE Level 2 avalanche certification. His qualifications also include Wilderness First Responder, Glacier Travel and Crevasse Rescue Course - ENAM, Rope Work Techniques Course - ENAM, Leave no Trace - NOLS, and Vital Support training. Notably, Pipe has been a member of the Chilean Search and Rescue Organization - Cuerpo Socorro Andino - since 2013.

Consuelo Antezana, the dynamic founder of Cobquecura Geologica, epitomizes the coastal and farm lifestyle of Cobquecura. As a geologist specializing in landslide hazards and mapping, she brings her intimate connection with the ocean and nature to her roles as an avid surfer and experienced yoga instructor.
